Facilities Management

     

Trinity Presbyterian Church is fortunate to have facilities that provide a beautiful environment for worship, education, and play. In addition to our Sanctuary for prayer and worship and recently built narthex for Christian Education, we have a large gym with a newly refinished floor, an outdoors chapel, and an education building supporting our Sunday School and weekday Preschool.

  The upkeep of our facilities is no small effort and includes the help of a number of volunteers in various roles.
     

Facility Maintenance

     

Maintains building system and structures.  Manages utilities and supplies need for repair and facility support.  Supervises cleaning and HVAC contracts and supply purchases.  General Handyman skills are required

     

Security Manager and Team

     

Keeps the Trinity “Campus”, including buildings, furnishings, parking lots and grounds safe and secure.  This includes checking building windows and doors every night.  Tasks are fulfilled by 12 person team that rotates security checks

     

Ground Keeping

     

Ensures that the tasks required to maintain and enhance Trinity’s grounds such as planting, mowing, pruning, watering, snow removal, leaf-raking and dead tree removal are completed.

 

Inspection and Compliance

 

Ensures that required inspections are conducted and fees paid to support facility use.  Elevator, fire, boiler and asbestos inspections must be arranged to name a few.

  Facilities Use Coordination  
 

Coordinates the rental and use of our facility to outside groups and organizations.  Works closely with Office Manager to schedule facility usage.  We provide a service to our community and a benefit to our church through increased revenue and a well maintained facility.
