The Worship and Music Committee strives to glorify God by providing experiences
of God, encounters with the Holy Spirit, and company with the Living Christ.
Recognizing that we have one faith but different styles of expression, Trinity
currently offers traditional and contemporary worship services.
Traditional
Worship 8:15 a.m.
This early, quiet
and more contemplative worship service offers simplicity of liturgy and
deepness of spirit. The reverence and peace of this early worship time is
strongly supported by a very loyal following, with many members visiting from
time to time as their schedule becomes sometimes crowded during the rest of
the day.
Contemporary
Worship 9:00 a.m.
Led by “His Glory First”, our contemporary worship band, and our newest
member of the staff, Robert Stocks. This service can best be described as
joyous and a celebration. Transforming Calvin Hall into a worship space, this
service offers a casual style but unusual depth of worship. Some say the
service ‘rocks’, while others simply note the Spirit is moving. Opportunities
abound to help support this service – from singing to instrumentals, from set
up to break down, from sound and video technicians, we have a place for you
here in service.
Traditional
Worship 11:00 a.m.
Our most
traditional worship service is family friendly and led by pastors, lay
leaders, music and arts director and eight voice and bell choirs. Our
children’s, youth, and adult voice and bell choirs rotate through this service
to provide serving opportunities and a variety of traditional music.
